The condition for this extended right of return is that the goods are complete, unused and unopened. The hygienic seal must not be broken. Please also note our terms and conditions.
Please also note that seasonal goods (e.g. the AMORELIE Advent calendar) are excluded from the 100-day return policy. For these products, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
Please use our returns portal for your return. All you need is your order number and your e-mail address. After your return registration you will receive all return documents including return label for the free return from us by e-mail.
