How can I check the delivery status of my order - where is my package?

As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail from us.

In the shipping confirmation, simply click on the linked word , you will then be automatically redirected to the shipment tracking:


Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

If the shipment status of your order does not change for 10 business days, please contact our customer service.
