We are sorry that the order could not be delivered. In this case there are two options:
Option 1: The shipment could not be delivered and will be taken to the branch/agency for collection.
You may not have been present when the parcel carrier attempted delivery.
The package can be picked up at a branch from the next business day. The address is stored on the notification card or in the or in the online shipment tracking.
Please take your ID card and, if applicable, the notification card with you to the pickup.
