If the package has not yet been shipped, it is in some cases possible to make changes to the order. If you have used Klarna as a payment method, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make changes to the order.
How do I check whether my order has already been shipped?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Do you have an Amorelie account? You can also see the status of your order in your account.
Has your order not been shipped yet?
Please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:
- Order number
- E-mail address with which the order was placed
- Your full name
- Name, size, color and item number of the items you want to change.
It is not possible to pay extra. The item you want to change for must therefore have the same price.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we can adjust the order as the order is often shipped the same day.
